Pelham Manor Resident Joins Greiner-Maltz Realty as Newest Associate Broker

Ayall Schanzer, Principal at Greiner-Maltz Realty Advisors, is proud to announce that Paul J. Pallett has joined Greiner-Maltz’s Westchester team as the firm’s newest associate broker. Pallett, a Pelham Manor resident, has more than 34 years of successful real estate experience under his belt, with a gross amount of leases and sales totaling approximately $200 million since 1980.

After attending SUNY Farmingdale on Long Island, Pallett completed a three-year enlistment in the U.S. Army, returning home in 1969. Immediately thereafter, he became the owner of a Westchester County distributorship for the Coca Cola Bottling Company of New York, based in Elmsford, New York; and Atlanta, Georgia.

In 1980, that business was sold and Pallett became a commercial real estate associate broker with Summit Realty Corporation. For the last 28 years, Pallett has worked for three prominent commercial real estate companies – Friedland Realty of Yonkers, Benson Commercial Realty of Tarrytown and Tammerlain Realty of the Bronx. In the last 28 months alone, he has leased and/or sold over 300,000-square-feet of industrial space throughout Lower Westchester and the Bronx.

When Pallett is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family. He currently resides in Pelham Manor with his wife of 40 years, Eileen. Pallett also serves as a member of the Westchester County Business Association, Westchester County Board of Realtors, and New York Athletic Club.
