Briarcliff Manor Police Blotter: Missing Pool Cue; Mailbox 'Hacked'

Here's a look at some of the incidents investigated by the Briarcliff Manor Police Department from March 25 to 31, 2013.
Saturday, March 30
4:29 p.m. — A Whitson Road resident reported her neighbor was dumping garbage and debris on her property. A reporting police officer reported the debris was cleaned up without further incident.

Friday, March 29
10:20 p.m. — An Elizabeth Court resident called police and reported observing two men taking photographs of her home. She said they left the scene in a Mercedes. Police advised the resident to notify police if they returned.

Thursday, March 28
11:24 a.m. — A Law Road resident reported a possible larceny. He stated there were two black jackets and a pool cue missing from his home.
Wednesday, March 27
6:15 p.m. — A Law Road resident reported her mailbox had been damaged. She described the mailbox as appearing as if it had been hacked by a hatchet.
8:55 a.m. — A Glenwood Drive resident reported to police that her locked vehicle had been broken into sometime overnight. The woman said there were marks by the door where someone had pried it open. She said nothing was missing from the vehicle, but her belongings were a mess inside.
Tuesday, March 26
3:11 p.m. — Police received a report of a dispute on Orchard Road. The case remains under investigation by the detective.
