Clarkstown Police Charge Valhalla Man With Recording Sexual Encounter

Clarkstown Police arrested Andrew Maniglia, 56, of Valhalla and charged him with one felony count of unlawful surveillance. Maniglia allegedly recorded an intimate encounter with a female partner without her knowledge or consent. The incident reportedly occurred in July 2013. 

He was arrested on Thursday following a detective bureau investigation. He was arraigned in Clarkstown Justice Court and bail was set at $1,000. Maniglia is due back in court on January 29, 2014.
