Man Hospitalized After Icy Slip in Briarcliff
Fire Department volunteers helped get to the man who fell on a hill at Trump National Golf Club.

The icy conditions since the winter storm on Friday and Saturday are still making for some dangerous conditions in Briarcliff Manor.
Briarcliff Manor Police reported receiving a report of an injured Trump National Golf Club worker this morning at approximately 9:20 a.m.
The Briarcliff Manor Ambulance Corps was dispatched to the club, but needed assistance in reaching the injured man.

Briarcliff Manor Fire Department First Assistant Fire Chief Bob O'Hanlon explained, "He fell on a hill and we needed to get some guys together to get him to the ambulance."
O'Hanlon said he wasn't sure of the specific injuries the man sustained, but he was carried on a backboard to a a spot where an EMT and paramedic were able to assess his condition.

The man was then taken to Phelps Memorial Hospital for treatment.
