Pleasantville-Briarcliff Taxes Due Dec. 31
The villages are reminding residents to pay real estate tax bills before the end of the year.
As the year winds down, Pleasantville and Briarcliff Manor are reminding their residents that the last installment of 2012 taxes are due on or before December 31.
From Briarcliff Manor Village Manager Philip Zegarelli:
Taxes are Due. Treasury is gearing up for the 2nd Real Estate (property) Taxinstallment due in December. You may pay online as of 1 December 2012. However, the last day to collect this 2nd installment is 31 December. Village Hall is open to collect tax payments between 8:30 AM- 4:30 PM.

Dear Pleasantville Taxpayers,
Please be reminded that the second half of your Village property tax bill is due on or before December 31, 2012. Payments received after December 31, 2012 will be subject to penalties. If you have any questions regarding your taxes please call Mr. Jay Hoffman at 769-1997.
