Underage DWI Defendant Sentenced
A 20-year-old Pleasantville resident's driver's license was revoked for a mandatory one-year period last Tuesday when he pled guilty to one count of Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated.

Michael P. Lynch was arrested December 21 and charged with Aggravated DWI and a first-offense DWI.
As conditions of his guilty plea April 2, the court ordered Lynch must complete a Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) program and a DMV Drinking Driver Program (DDP). He was also fined $1,400 in fines and surcharges.

Adjournments
— Michael Mandragona, 25, charged with two counts of Possession of a Forgery Instrument in the Second Degree and one count of Grand Larceny in the Third Degree had his cases adjourned to April 16.
— Amir Johnson, 19; James Vastola, 19; and David J. Waitt, 21, had their respective Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance cases adjourned to April 30.
Note: All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. All ages represent the date of arrest.
