Pleasantville DPW Distributes New Recycling Bins

The Village of Pleasantville is in the process of upgrading residents' recycling bins to new 18-gallon ones.

The move was made possible through a collaboration between the village's Department of Public Works and local non-profit PleasantvilleRecycles.

The larger bins give residents more room to recycle the increased number of items now accepted by the county—including all plastics numbers one through seven.
