Pleasantville Man Arrested for DWI on Sprain

New York State Police stopped his vehicle after he reportedly swerved on the parkway.

A Pleasantville man was arrested yesterday and charged with Driving While Intoxicated after New York State Police pulled over his vehicle on the Sprain Brook Parkway.

Tom Bisaki, 43, was stopped in the Town of Greenburgh portion of the parkway April 2 at approximately 9:35 p.m., police reported.

"The defendant was arrested subsequent to a Vehicle and Traffic Stop on the Sprain Brook Parkway for driving across hazard marking and moving from lane unsafely," according to a press release.

Bisaki is due in Greenburgh Court on April 9.
