Pleasantville Police Blotter: Credit Card Fraud; Burglary

Here's a look at some of the incidents investigated by the Pleasantville Police Department from March 18 — 24, 2013:

Saturday, March 23

8:36 p.m. — An on-duty police officer reported finding a youth lying on the ground at Memorial Plaza. Read more here.

Friday, March 22

4:20 p.m. — Police made several arrests at a Bedford Road residence. Read more here.

2:55 a.m. — Police arrested two bartenders at a Marble Avenue business. Read more here.

Wednesday, March 20

12:14 p.m. — A Hobby Street resident went into police headquarters to report credit card fraud. She stated $338.39 was charged to her MasterCard at an Apple store in Garden City the day prior. She reported she had canceled the card and ordered a new one.

Tuesday, March 19

9:53 a.m. — Police received a report of a burglary at a Sunnyside Avenue address. Police reported a laptop and cash were missing. The case remains under investigation.

Monday, March 18

10:42 p.m. — Police received a 911 call from a woman reporting three teenage girls were "getting ready to fight" at the Pleasantville Metro North station. Police responded and located the three girls. Police said JCCA personnel came to pick up the three teenagers.
