Pleasantville Toll Brothers Proposal Discussion Slated for Monday
The developer is looking to turn a vacant Washington Avenue office park into 70 townhomes.
Pleasantville's village board and planning commission will meet together Monday to discuss a proposal from Toll Brothers to turn the 18-acre Benenson Capital property into a townhouse development.
The proposed transformation of the currently vacant property, located at 485 Washington Ave., would require a zoning text amendment and map change for the site.
The work session discussion is set to begin at 7 p.m. at Village Hall, prior to the village board's continued 2013-14 budget discussions.
