Pleasantville Voters Pick New Trustees, Re-Elect Mayor
There were three candidates for two three-year trustee terms.

PLEASANTVILLE, NY — Voters in the village of Pleasantville went to the polls Tuesday to pick new trustees and a mayor.
Incumbent Mayor Peter Scherer was running unopposed for another three-year term. He ran on the Village Party line.

According to unofficial results from the Westchester County Board of Elections, the top vote-getters were:
- David Vinjamuri: 468 votes (41 percent)
- Yemi Healy: 362 votes (32 percent)
Vinjamuri, the incumbent, ran on the Villagers for Pleasantville line. Healy ran on the Pleasantville’s Voice line.

Also on the ballot was Francesca Hagadus-McHale who received 27 percent of the vote and ran on the Good Government Party.
