Wintry Mix on Tap Friday in Pleasantville-Briarcliff
Snow can accumulate up to three inches on Friday, according to the National Weather Service.

The National Weather Service is now predicting between six and 10 inches of snow Friday evening.

Pleasantville and Briarcliff Manor have a winter storm watch in effect, according to the National Weather Service.
NWS is calling for a 60 percent chance of snow Thursday night, which will likely accumulate to less than one inch.

Friday—"Snow before 1pm, then snow and freezing rain between 1pm and 4pm, then rain and snow after 4pm," NWS reports.
"The rain, freezing rain and snow cold be heavy at times," the NWS adds.

On Friday, wind gusts could reach as high as 29 mph, while snowfall could add up to one to three inches. Friday night, rain will likely be added to the mix, "becoming all snow after 7pm. The rain and snow could be heavy at times."
Winds will pick up Friday night, reaching 20 to 28 mph, "with gusts as high as 46 mph."
There's also a 40 percent chance of snow on Saturday.
Tomorrow's high is 29 degrees and Friday's is 34 degrees.
On Friday, "Heavy snow and freezing rain will make for dangerous driving conditions," according to NWS. "In addition...the heavy snow and strong winds could result in near blizzard conditions...bring down some tree limbs...and cause scattered power outages."
