
Join us for the third year of our Wilderness Survival series! Ideal for beginners and seasoned enthusiasts alike, this series is led by survival enthusiast Mike Evans. Dive into essential survival skills, from emergency preparedness to advanced bushcraft techniques, exploring key concepts like the Rule of 3s and the 5 Cs. Perfect for those starting their journey or looking to deepen existing skills, these workshops offer a platform to learn, share experiences, and connect with a community passionate about self-sufficiency and nature.
These workshops are for adults, but children 14+ are welcome with an accompanying adult. Programs are held outdoors, so dress for the weather. Bring sturdy footwear, gloves and a hand towel to each event.

About the instructor:
Michael A. Evans is the founder and CEO of Synchronicity Coaching Inc., a Long Island–based organization dedicated to helping people connect mind, body, and community through experiential learning. Under the Synchronicity umbrella, Michael has created and led programs across multiple disciplines — including Forgotten Skillz (ancestral crafts and sustainability), Ninja Née (STEM and science adventures for kids), and Vision Martial Arts (child development–based martial arts training).
With a background in coaching, education design, and holistic wellness, Michael blends science, history, culture, and hands-on exploration to make learning meaningful and accessible for all ages.
