Firefighters Tackle Brush Fire At EPCAL
It took about an hour for firefighters to knock back the flames, police say.
CALVERTON, NY — A brush fire broke out at Enterprise Park at Calverton Monday night, police said.
According to Riverhead Town police, the fire was reported at about 8:08 p.m. Responding officers saw the fire on the southeast portion of the property; the Manorville Fire Department responded to extinguish the blaze, police said.
No injuries were reported and the fire was put out in about an hour, police said.

Riverhead detectives and the fire marshal responded to investigate the cause of the fire. Anyone with information is asked to call Riverhead police at 631-727-4500; all calls will be kept confidential.
