Police: Previous DWI-Offender Drove ATV Drunk
According to Southampton Police, a Manorville man circumvented his interlock device by driving an ATV, and was caught driving drunk.
Southampton Police said a Manorville man, who reportedly circumvented the interlock device required to drive his car, was caught driving an ATV drunk while riding down Route 24 in Riverside early Saturday night.
According to police, Kyle Stoddard, 21, was caught driving a 2001 Honda ATV around 1:30 a.m. with no headlights on. Cops also reported that Stoddard was tailgating another vehicle, and that following an investigation, it was determined that Stoddard was intoxicated.
Stoddard was arrested on felony DWI charges, felony charges of aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree, misdemeanor charges of circumventing an interlock device and seven violations. He was transported to headquarters and held for morning arraignment.
