- After receiving a $5 million donation, Peconic Bay Medical Center in Riverhead will be expanding its Emergency Services Department. The donation will go toward a 6,600-square-foot expansion that will cost a total of $15 million, according to PBMC. (Subscription: Riverhead News Review)
- Do you know these people? Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward for information that leads to an arrest. The incident happened at Target, located at 1150 Old Country Road, at approximately 2 p.m. on Feb. 17. "Two women and a man stole allergy medicine, clothes and boots before fleeing the store in a silver Toyota Camry with license plate 8XKC691." The merchandise was valued at approximately $3,270. - Police said officers located a family of four, including a 41-year-old man and his 13-, 10- and 8-year-old sons, that were lost in a wooded area in Manorville on Sunday night. They tried to get GPS on their phones, but could not reach a connection. (News 12 Brooklyn)
