- According to Patch, here is a sampling of the latest batch of new homes to hit the market in and around Riverhead — including one for $299,000, and another in the Jamesport area with 4 beds and 3.5 baths for $1.2 million. (Riverhead Patch)
- A former duck farm in Aquebogue has been purchased by the Peconic Land Trust for $11.5 million. The 100-acre waterfront parcel on Flanders Bay known as Broad Cove had been targeted for development of a mixed-use resort, but the owners, Walo LLC, sold it instead to the land trust to keep it preserved. - The Mental Health Subcommittee of the Community Mental Hygiene Advisory Board is holding a Zoom meeting Feb. 2.
