Custodian Accused Of Recording Student In Bathroom
Police said the incident happened at the Hudson Lab School, a private school in Hastings-on-Hudson.
HASTINGS-ON-HUDSON, NY — A White Plains man who is a custodian at a Hastings private school was accused of filming or photographing a student who was using the bathroom.
Police said Jose Carlos Bendezu, 46, of White Plains, who works at the Hudson Lab School, was charged with felony second-degree unlawful surveillance, News 12 reported.
