A Registered Dietician (RD) from the CCE Suffolk Diabetes Program will be available to meet one-on-one to review your test results and entertain your diabetes related questions and a nutritionist from SNAP-Education will be demonstrating a tasty, budget friendly recipe, while sharing healthy eating tips, resources and healthy recipes.
