1. Mastic Fire Department and other first responders crews controlled a large bush fire in the woods on the Westbound Sunrise Highway. According to officials, the flames started at 1 p.m., burning approximately 6 acres in the area. (News12)
2. Gabby Petito's family plans to sue the Moab Police Department for failing to identify signs of domestic abuse. The announcement was made on Monday of a $50 million lawsuit. (Patchogue Patch)
