Baby Steps

Don't want to spend your entire weekend cleaning out the garage? Set the timer for 30 minutes. Start by purging items you don't/can't use. When the timer goes off, stop! If you feel up to it, set it for another 30 minutes. When you have time again in the next few days, you guessed it....set it for 30 minutes and do an little more. This way you can fit it into your regular schedule and know that it WILL get done. Most people don't even start because the task seems too large....it just takes 30 minutes to get going! Don't forget to take a 'before' and 'after' photo so you can see and share your accomplishment!
