Falling Ice Crushes Car In Soho
A chunk of ice fell on top of a parked car in Soho on Tuesday night, authorities said.

SOHO, NY — A massive chunk of ice fell from a Soho building to a car parked onto the street below on Tuesday night, crushing part of the car in the process.

A fire department spokesman said the falling ice was reported at about 4:19 p.m. It fell onto a car parked outside of 70 Charlton St. No one was injured, the fire department said.

Fire department investigators are on scene investigating the incident, the spokesman said.
