After Boy's Suicide in Southeast, Father Faces Weapon Charge
The investigation is continuing, but authorities do not expect additional charges.

Douglas Graham, the father of the 13-year-old Southeast boy who committed suicide in January, is facing two felony charges: third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and tampering with physical evidence, police say.
Graham, 54, of Elmwood Drive, has been in touch with authorities during their investigation of his son Michael Graham's suicide. He was arrested at the State Police barracks in Southeast Monday.
Arraigned in Southeast Justice Court and released without bail, Graham is due back next month, according to this LoHud.com story by Terence Corcoran. State Police would not elaborate on the tampering charge, or provide the make and model of the pistol, which his son used in the suicide, Corcoran wrote.
