Cops: 21-Year-Old Putnam Man Drove Drunk in Southeast
He's facing misdemeanor charges, as well as four traffic infractions.

State troopers from the Southeast barracks charged a Patterson resident with drunken driving this weekend.
Police arrested Harold T. Earle, 21, at about 4:10 a.m. Saturday after a traffic stop near Lakeview Plaza in Southeast.
Earle is facing misdemeanor charges of driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated. Authorities also charged him with four traffic infractions: drinking alcohol in a vehicle, no headlights, no inspection certificate and no registration.

The defendant received an appearance ticket for April 9 in Southeast Justice Court.
