Cops: Accident on I-84 Leads to DWI Arrest
Officials did not release a blood-alcohol level.
A 22-year-old North Salem man is facing a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated after a recent accident in Southeast.
It occurred at about 10 p.m. Monday on Interstate 84. Police say Jonathan Burr lost control of his vehicle and crashed. He was tranpsorted to Putnam Hospital Center in Carmel for injuries.
Burr was released to a family member. He is due in Southeast Justice Court to answer to the misdemeanor charge April 25.
