Cops: Mahopac Man Charged with DWI on Route 22

A 30-year-old Mahopac man is facing a drunken driving charge after a recent arrest in Southeast, according to officials.

State troopers from the Southeast Barracks arrested Victor Cukrovany at about 3 a.m. Saturday on Route 22 in Southeast. 

Police charged him with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and driving left of pavement markers, an infraction. Cukrovany was released pending a future court appearance.
