Cops: Woman Drove Drunk in Southeast
She was released pending a future court appearance.
A 20-year-old Mount Kisco woman is facing a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated after a recent arrest in Southeast.
Troopers from the Southeast Barracks of the New York State Police stopped Olguita Y. Duarte Chacon at about 2:15 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Routes 22 and 312.
The defendant was released pending a future court appearance in Southeast Justice Court.
