CT Man Faces DWI Charge After Arrest in Southeast

He's due in court April 9.

A 26-year-old Naugatuck, CT man is facing a misdemeanor charge of drunken driving after a recent arrest in Southeast, police say.

State troopers from the East Fishkill barracks stopped Jeffery F. Bourassa, who was reportedly straddling lanes while driving a 2013 Jeep Cherokee, at about 11:30 p.m. Saturday near the intersection of Routes 6 and 121. 

Bourassa refused to submit to a breath test. He's facing a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated.

Police released the defendant pending an April 9 appearance in Southeast Justice Court.
