Mahopac Goes Purple for Relay for Life
Between flags, ribbons and lines painted on Route 6, the color is everywhere.
Relay for Life, an event aimed at raising money for cancer research, is happening in less than a month at Mahopac High School.
In order to prepare for the big day (June 1) and spread the word, local folks placed pops of purple—the universal color for cancer—all around Mahopac.
Do you have a picture depicting an area decked out in purple? If so, add it to the gallery.
