Orange County, NJ Pair Sold Fentanyl, Cocaine In Putnam: Sheriff
The Orange man was already on parole for robbery, and was ordered held without bail due to his previous felony convictions, officials said.

TOWN OF KENT, NY — A Hudson Valley drug sting has resulted in at least two arrests so far, according to law enforcement officials.
Putnam County Sheriff Kevin J. McConville says that two men were arrested as part of an investigation into the sale of illegal narcotics in the county.
The Sheriff's Office Narcotics Enforcement Unit (NEU) said they arrested 31-year-old Jamel Donaldson, of New Windsor, and 27-year-old Paul Roeser, of Mahwah, New Jersey, after they had arrived in the Town of Kent to sell fentanyl and cocaine.

Donaldson was found to be in possession of of fentanyl and cocaine, police said. He was charged with two counts of felony third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, two counts of felony third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and felony fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Currently on parole for robbery, Donaldson was arraigned in the Town of Kent Justice Court and ordered held without bail due to his previous felony convictions, according to officials.

Roeser was charged with felony fourth-degree conspiracy, and was issued an appearance ticket for a future court date.
