Police Stop Erratic Driver in Patterson, Lodge DWI Charge
His blood-alcohol level was 0.15 percent, according to authorities.

A 54-year-old Holmes man is facing a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated after cops stopped him in Patterson Sunday afternoon.
Troopers from the Southeast barracks arrested Charles D. Hyatt at about 1:40 p.m. that day. He is accused of crossing over the double yellow line on Route 22 and drifting onto the shoulder while behind the wheel of a 2011 Dodge Ram.
Officials say Hyatt's blood-alcohol level was 0.15 percent. The legal limit is 0.08. In addition to the misdemeanor, authorities charged him with three infractions.

Hyatt was released pending a future appearance in Town of Patterson Justice Court.
