Troopers: Southeast Man with Prior Conviction Drove Drunk in Town
His blood-alcohol level was reportedly 0.12 percent. The legal limit is 0.08.

A 23-year-old Southeast man who was previously convicted of driving while intoxicated is facing misdemeanor and felony charges after a recent arrest, police say.
State troopers from the Southeast barracks stopped Brayan B. Galindo-Morales at about 2:50 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Railroad Avenue and Route 22. Officials say he was driving a 2004 Mazda 6 and crossing over the double yellow line.
The defendant's blood-alcohol level was reportedly 0.12 percent. The legal limit is 0.08.

Police charged Galindo-Morales with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and driving while intoxicated with a prior conviction, a felony. He was released pending an April 16 appearance in Southeast Justice Court.
