Led by internationally renowned pianist &amp; composer Andrei Romanov, students (all ages welcome!) will embark on a transformative journey, discovering the beauty of music through individualized sessions catered to their learning style. Students will have opportunities to perform in concerts at Caroline Church and in New York City, collaborate with our teachers, and experience studio classes. Following Sunday's heavy rainfall, Suffolk County officials have placed 47 beaches – including six in the Three Village area – under a beach advisory due to elevated levels of bacteria, and have cautioned residents to avoid bathing in these areas. According to a county release, these beaches are "heavily influenced by stormwater runoff from the surrounding watersheds and/or adjacent tributaries." Two successive tidal cycles will usually fix the problem by flushing the area, according to the county. The local beaches listed are: <ul> <li>Grantland Beach</li> <li>Indian Field Beach</li> <li>Little Bay Beach</li> <li>Soundview Beach Association Beach</li> <li>Stony Brook Beach</li> <li>Stony Brook Yacht Club Beach</li> </ul> The advisory is set to expire at 6 a.m. Tuesday unless the Department of Health Services again finds elevated levels of bacteria.
