$6.75M Condo Tops Upper East Side's Real Estate Deals

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — Despite the day off for the New Year, it was a busy week for the luxury real estate market in Manhattan, with 13 deals closing over the $4,000,000 mark between Dec. 29 and Jan. 4, according to the latest data from the Olshan Report.

The top two most expensive apartments on the list were a pair of Billionaires' Row condos that sold for $24,300,000 and $21,500,000.

On the Upper East Side, the prices were a little more modest between Dec. 29 and Jan. 4. The most expensive home on the Upper East Side was a condo that sold for $6,750,000, the Olshan Report said.

The Upper East Side's top sale is a 9-room, full-floor condo with a private elevator and panoramic views located at 188 East 76th St., near Third Avenue.

The apartment has five bedrooms, four full bathrooms and one powder room, according to Olshan.
