"One doesn’t have to walk around New York City for long to realize there are dogs everywhere," Kave said in a statement. "New Yorkers want only the best for their pets, making doggie daycare a thriving business concept here. This new location of D is for Doggy will serve Yorkville residents, and their dogs, quite well."

Kave represented both the tenant and the landlord in the lease deal.
