2 Men Arrested for Drinking Miller High Life in Parking Garage: Cops

Duo also had marijuana, possible cocaine, police said.

A pair of Westchester men—27- and 26-years-old—were arrested last Saturday for sipping beers in plain site, police said.

The White Plains and Yorktown residents were spotted by cops at about 11:15 p.m. drinking Miller High Life from open cans inside the Martine Avenue parking garage, cops said, a violation of the city's public drinking ordinance.

When questioned by police, one of the two men admitted to having marijuana and a glass pipe tucked inside his nearby Toyota, authorities told Patch. And following a search, one of the men was also found to have a cigarette box containing a white power—likely cocaine, cops said.
