2 Men Stashed Stolen Credit Cards in Their Sneakers, Cops Say
New York City duo faces felony charges.

Two Brooklyn men were busted by cops in White Plains after attempting to use pilfered credit cards at Abercrombie Kids on Westchester Avenue, and are now facing felony charges, police told Patch.
The two men—Delquan Devonish, a 22-year-old Brooklyn resident, and Jayquan Ward, a 28-year-old Bronx resident—entered the store and tried to buy 15 gift cards using a fishy credit card Thursday of last week at 5:40 p.m. Police were alerted and soon caught up with the duo, who were arrested and taken to headquarters, cops said.
After a search, police uncovered a total of six fraudulent credit cards stashed in their sneakers, cops said. The two are facing a combined four counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument, a felony, and grand larceny in the third, also a felony.
