What is your favorite summer destination:  My wife and I enjoy visiting different places to learn about the culture, enjoy the food and go on tours to become familiar with the areas we have chosen.

My best summer was... Summer is a time for family reunions and to reconnect and with friends. With a small family, our reunions have diminished, but we still take time to visit with family and friends in various parts of the south.

One thing summer says to me... I know it is summer when you can get large blueberries with the gray sheen on them. They are in season and summer has arrived. They are healthy and wonderful to eat.

This summer I'm most looking forward to... I will be in our various neighborhoods meeting with our residents and discussing city issues as I campaign for re-election to the Common Council. My wife and I will travel to visit family.
