City Center in White Plains to Undergo Renovations

The 600,000-square-foot retail building opened in 2003.

The City Center in White Plains is planning to do some sprucing up.

Developer Kite Realty has asked the city for the OK to reconfigure the plaza off Main Street by the garage, according to an article by the Journal News.

Kite Realty bought the building last year for $34.5 million dollars.
