Costa Rica Presentation, Tax Levy Update, New Business Courses

High School students will offer a presentation on their trip to Costa Rica at Monday’s meeting of the White Plains Board of Education, to be held at 7:30 p.m. at the .
The board will also recognize , teaching assistants at Ridgeway Elementary School, for being honored by the Westchester Foundation for Autism for outstanding service to the community.
Superintendent Dr. Christopher Clouet will offer a report on the review of district's guidance programs and the tax levy update.

The board will vote on the approval of four new high school courses in business education for the 2012-13 school year, including: fashion marketing, video game design, international business and travel, and hospitality marketing.
The board will also discuss a proposed revision to Policy# 5117, Racial Balance Plan.
