Council Calls Special Meeting to Discuss Cabaret, Former St. Agnes Site, Sale or Purchase of Property

The White Plains Common Council will hold a special meeting on Monday, Dec. 19 at 6 p.m. at city hall

 

Sofrito Restaurant, a new Puerto Rican cuisine establishment at 175 Main St., will find out whether they will be able to also operate as a cabaret, as the White Plains Common Council will vote on the restaurant’s special application at its special meeting Monday, Dec. 19 at 6 p.m. at  

The council will also discuss exterior materials and the façade design of the former , now owned by .

It will then vote to enter into executive session to discuss the “proposed acquisition and/or sale of real property when publicity would substantially affect the value thereof.”
