The National Weather Service has issued a flood watch until noon on June 11 for all of Southern Westchester.
Since White Plains just experienced heay rainfall last week with Tropical Storm Andrea, additional rainfall could result in flooding of small streams, small rivers and poor-drainage areas. Larger rivers should stay within their banks, the NWS said.
Additional rainfall could reach an inch.
