Christin Ewing of White Plains plead guilty to leaving the scene of an accident with a serious injury, a class E felony, in Westchester County Court Monday.  The charges stem from a hit and run accident on Dec. 19 that almost killed White Plains resident Raul Rios as he crossed the street at 120 E. Post Rd around 4 a.m. Click for more on that story.
