Have You Seen This Man Accused of Bee-Line Strong-Arm Robbery?

Police are asking for your help in searching for a suspect accused of boarding a Bee-Line bus on Aug. 2, and forcibly stealing a rider’s cell phone.

Click on our video of the crime to see if you recognize the suspect—a black male between the age of 21 to 25-years-old, who is about 6’ to 6’3, with a thin build.

The man, who boarded the #40 bus in Mount Vernon, is accused strong-arming the victim for his iPhone, and jumping off the bus on East Post Road near around 8:50 p.m. The suspect may have fled toward the Winbook Housing complex, at 159 South Lexington Ave.
