Son of White Plains man killed by police says third-party findings are wrong.
Kenneth Chamberlain, Jr.—son of the White Plains man who was shot dead by police officers in November 2011—spoke out about the fatal incident's latest developments Wednesday.
Chamberlain, Jr. tore into a third-party report released this month that called the shooting "justified."
Flanked by lawyers, NAACP members and retired law enforcement officers, he delivered a statement in front of the White Plains courthouse calling for justice.
