 A Robertson Avenue man must of woke up on the wrong side of the lobby Wednesday around 9:38 p.m. when he was arrested for a disorderly conduct violation and misdemeanor criminal trespassing in the third degree.

According to police reports, White Plains officers arrived at 86 Dekalb Ave. on reports of disorderly conduct when they allegedly found the 61-year-old sleeping on a bench in the lobby, which has visible no trespassing signs. The man was allegedly intoxicated and became belligerent with police who asked him to leave the building, the reports said.

A Brooklyn man was arrested for petty larceny, criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree and possession of burglary tools—all misdemeanors—after allegedly using aluminum foil to deactivate security tags on Wednesday at 7:43 p.m.

The 18-year-old was allegedly seen by Nordstrom security entering the store's dressing room with two Burberry shirts and exiting without them. He was picked up by police on Westchester Avenue where the shirts were allegedly found in a paper bag near a bus stop. Police allegedly found two more shirts in the 18-year-old’s possesion, each valued at $195 according to reports.

Pieces of aluminum foil were also allegedly founded in his possession, that were similar to foil found wrapped around security devices on the stolen shirts, reports said.

St. Christopher’s Students Allegedly Steal Basic Hygiene Necessities

Two 18-year-old residents of St. Christopher’s School in Dobbs Ferry were arrested for petty larceny for shoplifting basic hygiene products at the in White Plains 7:36 p.m.

Combined the girls allegedly stole toothpaste, bath oil, face wash, feminine spray, and razors worth $50.30.
