Energy Kitchen, the “home of healthy burgers and wraps" serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, offers catering and has kid’s meals on a menu where everything is under 500 calories.

You will no find a fryer in this burger joint, where everything is grilled, baked or steamed—offering a healthier alternative to fast food.

Burgers, grilled and served on a whole wheat bun, range from $5.99 to $7.99 and include: the veggie burger (318 calories); the blue cheese sirloin (439 calories); buffalo chicken burger (329 calories) and “The Energy Burger,” a bison burger with three egg whites, low-fat American cheese with lettuce and tomato (485 calories). Add low-fat cheese or turkey bacon for $.99.

Wraps range from $6.49 to $6.99 and are served in a whole wheat or multi-grain wrap. You can also save the some calories by ditching the wrap and having it served on a plate. The bison cheese steak has chopped bison, mushroom, onions and low-fat American cheese for 474 calories—while the chicken club wrap is a little lighter at 395 calories with chicken breast, turkey bacon, guacamole, lettuce, tomatoes and low-fat mayo.

Wrapless platters include the turkey meatloaf for $7.99, and the chicken breasts marinated in balsamic vinaigrette for $6.99. You can add two sides to a burger, wrap or platter for $2.99.

Energy Kitchen also serves salads for $7.99 to $9.99 that range between 206 to 452 calories—dressings range from 66 to 138 calories. Custom salads start at $6.99 and include four fixing’s. Extras—like chicken, salmon, tofu, tuna or avocado—cost between $.99 and $2.99.

Combine a smoothie for $4.99 (between 274 and 446 calories) with a side like corn and edamame salad ($1.99), black bean and mango salad ($1.99) or asparagus salad ($2.99) for a satisfying lunch. 

You can drop in and have a seat while you eat, or order online and pick-up or have it delivered.
