3.) Same-Sex Couple Wed in White Plains

According to LoHud.com, Yonkers couple Michael Lehning and Dennis Chorpenning were the first same-sex couple to be married in White Plains on Aug. 17. City Court Judge JoAnn Friia presided over the civil ceremony. Click here for the full story.
