2.) Hispanic Day Festival

plays host to the 11th Annual Hispanic Day Festival on Sunday, Sept. 18 from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. All will enjoy food, music and dancing. 

 3.) Get a Facial, Support Breast Cancer Awareness

will celebrate breast cancer awareness month by offering the “Look Good… Feel Better” facial.

4.) 

 To commemorate the tenth anniversary of Sept. 11 the UJA-Federation of New York’s White Plains Women’s Philanthropy spent the day packaging and delivering food to the homebound elderly for Rosh Hashanah.

The gathering met as part of a Day of Chesed, Service and Remembrance, hosted by the JCC of Mid-Westchester in Scarsdale in cooperation with UJA-Federation, where hundreds of volunteers attended on Sept. 11 to participate. Click for more information.

5.) Stepinac Makes Football Poll

Archbishop Stepinac High School was ranked number 25 MSG Varsity’s 2011 MSG Varsity Tri-State Top 25 Pre-Season High School Football poll.
