3.) Reducing Health Care Costs is Costing the City

4.) Westchester Jewish Community Services Looking for Clothing Donations
Westchester Jewish Community Services is looking for donations of clothes and other items like, diapers or strollers, for the “Pass It On Kid’s Kloset” that donates the items to needy Westchester Families.
You can drop off donations at WJCS, 845 North Broadway, from 9 a.m. to 4 pm. For more information call 914.761.0600 or contact kidskloset@wjcs.com.
5.) Family Services of Westchester Gets Grants for Students
US Congresswoman Nita Lowey (D- Westchester/Rockland) announced $318,600 in grants from the Corporation for National and Community Services to be given to Family Services of Westchester.
Family Services of Westchester will provide college students who receive the Segal AmeriCorps Education Awards with jobs funded by the grant in school and libraries in Mount Vernon, White Plains and Port Chester.
